1. Product Listings
All product listings must:
- Accurately describe the product
- Include clear, high-quality photos
- Use appropriate categories and tags
- Disclose any defects or limitations
- Comply with all applicable laws
2. Prohibited Items
You may not sell:
- Counterfeit or replica items
- Illegal products or services
- Items that infringe intellectual property
- Dangerous or hazardous materials
- Products that violate platform policies
3. Order Fulfillment
Vendors must:
- Process orders within 2 business days
- Ship items within stated timeframes
- Provide accurate tracking information
- Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours
- Maintain adequate inventory levels
4. Customer Service
Provide excellent customer service by:
- Responding promptly to messages
- Handling returns and refunds fairly
- Resolving disputes professionally
- Maintaining a positive seller rating
5. Pricing & Fees
All vendors are subject to:
- 10% commission on all sales
- Payment processing fees (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction)
- No monthly or listing fees
- Weekly payout schedule
6. Violations & Consequences
Violations of these guidelines may result in:
- Product listing removal
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Legal action if applicable
