  • Products that violate platform policies

3. Order Fulfillment

Vendors must:

  • Process orders within 2 business days
  • Ship items within stated timeframes
  • Provide accurate tracking information
  • Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours
  • Maintain adequate inventory levels

4. Customer Service

Provide excellent customer service by:

  • Responding promptly to messages
  • Handling returns and refunds fairly
  • Resolving disputes professionally
  • Maintaining a positive seller rating

5. Pricing & Fees

All vendors are subject to:

  • 10% commission on all sales
  • Payment processing fees (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction)
  • No monthly or listing fees
  • Weekly payout schedule

6. Violations & Consequences

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

  • Product listing removal
  • Temporary account suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Legal action if applicable
